Dr. Neil’s education includes a B.S. from Denison University, a D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and a residency program at Crozer-Chester Medical Center outside Philadelphia.
Dr. Neil is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the New Hampshire Dental Society, the Greater Southeast Dental Society, the International College of Dentistry, and a former member of the International College of Implant Dentistry and the American Board of Dental Examiners.
Dr. Neil served on the Board of Dental Examiners for 12 years, the last three as president. As a member of the Northeast Regional Board, he helps maintain standards for dentistry by helping administer licensing examinations from Arizona to Nova Scotia. He served the New Hampshire Dental Society as Chairman of the Council on Patient Relations/Peer Review and Trustee.
Volunteering and community service is part of Dr. Neil’s core values, working with Operation blessing in post-Katrina New Orleans, Great Shape! in Jamaica and with the local organizations, Families First, SeaCare dental services and Doctors With A Heart.
Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, skiing, rowing, and photography.
