About
Dr. Jim is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Hampshire Dental Association, and the New Hampshire Greater Southeast Dental Society. He is active in the Dental society and has served as trustee of the Southeast Component. He also served on the board of the dental component of SeaCare and has participated in the annual Doctors with a Heart program since 1997. He is also the past president of the New Hampshire Dental Society Foundation Board.
Dr. Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Julie, their two adult children, and five grandchildren. He is a passionate fisherman. He also enjoys road biking, hiking and gardening. Dr. Jim has earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Dr Jim attended West Virginia University where he earned his undergraduate and his Doctorate of Dental degrees. He did residencies at the Cabell County Public Health Department and at the Veterans Hospital in Beckley, West Virgina before moving to New Hampshire. He worked in a large group practive for several years before joining Dr. Neil Hiltunen in North Hampton.
